1) I hold personal information provided by you, the client, for the purposes of:

i) family history research

ii) To communicate with you about your research and to despatch the finished report/book

iii) To process the payment

2) Data provided by you and generated by my research will be passed to a third party for the purpose of printing your book (in the case of family narrative biography books)

3) Electronic files generated during the research will be retained for 5 years as required by law and then the information will be deleted. It may not be possible to obtain further copies after this period.
